Walk For Wishes In Riverside And Irvine
Riverside and Irvine residents have a great opportunity to get out and help Make-A-Wish Orange County this April. The Riverside Walk For Wishes is April 22 and the Irvine walk is the following Saturday, April 29. Both walks will be a fun and positive way to help Make-A-Wish Orange County grant more wishes in the coming year.
Walk In Riverside
On April 22, come out to the Fairmount Park in Riverside for the Inland Empire Walk For Wishes. The walk will feature a spirited walk and the World of Wishes Festival. The festival includes games, face painting, food, live entertainment from local groups, and lots of other family fun.
Registration is available now online, or you can also register on the day of the event. Registration begins at 7:30 a.m. on the day of the event. The walk and other festivities last until noon. Get your family and friends together and don't miss this fun opportunity to help grant wishes!
Walk In Irvine
If you can't make it to the Riverside walk, perhaps you can get to the Irvine Walk For Wishes on April 29. The walk takes place at the OC Great Park in Irvine. Like the Riverside walk, the Irvine one includes a World of Wishes Festival full of fun activities for the family. You can register now online, or wait until the day of the event. On-site registration begins at 7:30 a.m. and the other festivities go until noon.
Make A Bigger Impact
Showing up for a Walk For Wishes event makes a difference, but you can make a bigger impact by fundraising. There's still time to set up a fundraising page through the Make-A-Wish Orange County website to help you reach your goals.
